Returns General Returns
We are pleased to accept returns. This is a normal aspect of running an online store, and we would not run our store in any other way. If upon receipt, you find the product is not required for any reason, please contact us within 7 days for details of returning it. We will confirm your email, typically same-day, and provide address details for the return. When you do post it back, you will need to do the following.
We do not charge a re-stocking fee, so apart from the cost of returning the item, you will receive a complete refund. We've seen the "re-stocking" fee on other stores (including ebay), and would advise you to check the returns policy of any store you purchase from. We have even seen stores where they will not refund any shipping fees - why should the consumer pay for a bad product? Faulty goods. Goods have a 1year warranty. As with the above, please contact us in the first instance and we will normally ask for it to be returned for a refund or replacement (your choice, and this will depend on stock) We will normally provide a complete and full refund, and this will normally include the costs of returning the item to us. We obviously make a small loss on this, and so luckily have very few faulty returns. |
